This plant is easy to take care of, has very low susceptibility to diseases and is extremely decorative! What else could you wish for when it comes to plants?

The name Dracaena is derived from the Greek word ‘drakaina’, which means female dragon. Originally it comes from tropical western Africa. Already in the 17th century the first Dracaenas were imported into western Europe. They were kept as orangery plants, which implies that they were kept outside in baskets in the summer,  while in winter they were moved inside into a cool, light space, usually a greenhouse or a room with many windows.

Dracaena is available year-round.

This take-a-way trends® plant is famous for clearing the air and absorbing the dust. Dracaenas are extremely strong and healthy.

By making combinations of Dracaena plants with different lengths of the stems, new and different species of Dracaena have been developed: from one stem to more stems, from one length of stem to different lengths in one pot.

Over the last few years a few new mutations have arisen, that have melodious names such as Dracaena Golden Coast or Dracaena Yellow Coast.
